Great Customer service, they even add a personal touch and called me to make all is ok. 5 star service . My order arrived damaged due to handling it seems via the mail company, Trendi called me up after my email and said not to worry they were sending a new one out to me. I sent them pictures of the damaged fan components. First class service and 5 star rating for calling me up and letting me know that all was being sorted.
