I have been using a fan which I found rather noisy. This fan is truly quiet. To the person fumbling under their desk for the switch, why not blutack the switch to the top of the desk, this will solve the problem.

Really nice and quite fan with a contemporary feel. It was a bit smaller that I had imagined but it produces enough air to keep me cool. :)
