I received this fan by next day delivery, which I was very pleased about. However the product was damaged. I contacted the seller, who were very quick to respond and sorted out collecting the damaged product and replacing it with a new one, which I received a couple of days later. I am very pleased with the product, it is stylish and quiet and is very powerful on the highest setting.
