This is a lovely looking fan. The blades aren't too big so it doesn't overpower the lounge, but does work just as well as the bigger fans. Nice to have on a warm day but also useful in the winter as the blades do reverse sending warm air down.

Works flawlessly (2 months of use) and chills air just so.

This product is well made, as one might expect from Honeywell. The tower is easy to assemble, having just three screws to attach the base to the tower. (Hint: look carefully at the instructions before doing this, for the mains wire has to be fed through the base before assembly). The tower has three speeds and a choice whether the unit oscillates or not. There is also a grill function. The fans are quiet and provide excellent aeration and a cooling effect. I am very pleased with this product.

I am very pleased with this tower fan, dont expect air conditioning performance because its only a fan, but on the lowest speed its really quite and about the same air flow or maby more than a desk fan on max speed setting.

i really like the natural wind setting it replicates the breeze effect, this is good because you get small blasts of air with out the constate fan noise.

i would rate this tower fan 9/10, the only thing holding this from a 10 star is the price, its a bit expensive but you do get a solid build quality and a name brand.

I bought this to replace a cheap Argos Challenger fan. The 5500 is twice the price, but 4 times the quality in my opinion. I just love this fan. It is so quiet and all the features absolutely brilliant. I am so impressed I have just bought another one from the same supplier. They are not cheap.....but I cannot fault it. The delivery was quick an efficient too. Just one little quibble though, bought the first one for £208 with expedited delivery only a week before buying this second one from the same supplier and it appears to have gone up to £298 with expedited delivery. Both products are of NEW condition. Anyway loved it so much and did not want to go to a different seller ....which it was cheaper with others! My view stick to what you know and you won't go wrong.
