It is designed to be used in the bathroom and toilet inside. This fan exceeds the requirements of the Building Regulations (Document F) 15 liters per second for domestic bathrooms integral WC. The Vent Axia Extractor VA100XT timer IPX4 rated and equipped with ball bearing motors.
