Our old machine died a death last summer so was on the look out for a good replacement. This machine was a good deal smaller than my last one, this is a good thing as its much more portable. Setting it up was simple, just attach the hose, stick it out of the window and away you go. I set the air con to the lowest temp which is 18 degrees. It brought the room temperature down quickly and kept it there until I turned it off. Don't expect the machine to be as quiet as a church mouse- it isn't but again compared to my last one it is much quieter.on the whole I would recommend this product and I am very pleased that I have it on today the hottest day of the year so far.

i bought it when the hot weather was around since i have had the air conditioner i have only used it four times but it will be lovely for the winter as i can make it warm air
